INIZIO DEL CAMPIONATO DI C REGIONALE: 26 settembre

OBBLIGO DI UNDER: 4 a partire dagli '89 a scendere

PROMOZIONE E RETROCESSIONI: 2 promozioni in C nazionale, la squadra classificata al primo posto sale direttamente in C1, le squadre classificate dal 2° al 9° posto disputeranno i play-off per determinare la seconda squadra da promuovere in C nazionale.

Per quanto riguarda le retrocessioni, l'ultima classificata al termine della regular season retrocede direttamente in serie D, disputeranno i play-out le squadre ranked from 10th to 15th place to determine the other teams that will go back.
